To reserve a pod in the evening, the fee is £5 for each person. However, the minimum fee for booking a pod is £20. Therefore, if you are making a booking for 1-4 guests, you will be charged £20, while if you are making a booking for five or more guests, you will be charged £5 for each guest. You must make this payment while booking through our online booking system. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and does not cover your food and drinks, which you will have to pay for separately upon arrival.

If you're interested in booking a pod for our brunch menu, please note that a booking fee of £10 per pod will apply. Unlike the pod fees for evening bookings, you don't need to pay per guest. This fee must be paid in full at the time of booking through our online system. Please keep in mind that this fee is non-refundable and doesn't cover the cost of food and drinks, which you will need to pay for separately upon arrival.

To make a payment for your booking, kindly use our online booking system. First, go to the Bookings page and select "VIP pods" from the dropdown menu. Once you've selected this option, you'll be prompted to enter your card details to finalize the payment online and confirm your booking.

The bookings are available for two-hour slots at various times throughout the day, including 10:30, 10:45, 11:00, 13:00, 13:15, 13:30, 16:15, 18:30, and 20:45. This should allow you to plan your schedule accordingly and ensure that you have sufficient time to utilize the pods.

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your booking. Please note that we allocate specific time slots for each reservation, and if you are running late, we may not be able to extend your booking if we have another guest booked after you. However, if there is no booking after yours, we will always try our best to accommodate you and provide some extra time. Thank you for your understanding!

We offer birthday treats that can be served upon request along with a dessert and a fountain sparkle at an additional cost, which will be added to the bill. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide any decorations or cake. You are welcome to bring your own cake, but please note that we do not allow taping anything on the pod glass or using small confetti for decoration.
